Ordered hardcore from M & M this morning, being delivered tomorrow morning. Then on to Henry Street for hanging basket plants + multi purpose compost.
Once home swift call was switched after reports of swifts in South Reading. Thanks for the info' Boyo.
Sadly as at 8pm no sign of them.
The big news of the day was the hatching of six blue tits. Great to see, parents now busy feeding. This is my telly viewing sorted for a while now.
Managed to cut down the iron pole and rough level site ready for the hardcore tomorrow. The pole is a puzzle, once cut through I was soaked from a pressure build up of water. Pole is in line with the Well so wonder if there is a connection? Will have to seal with cement tomorrow.
