Lovely weather today. Warm and sunny all day.
Hospital day today, extraordinary situation. Even the specialist at Guy's hospital has not come across such a tumour. It was agreed therefore that the best action is to remove to make absolutely sure. Sadly unable to have keyhole surgery as tumour is so hard.
Before such an operation I need to have a PET Scan, a procedure carried out at Churchill hospital in Oxford. Certainly not the start to 2017 I had planned. Going to be an unsettling year.
Some good news to report was the arrival in the garden of the blackcap at breakfast time.
Still no frogs though, will only refer to frogs now if I actually see one.
