Can the weather get any worse, rain all day. Despite the dreadful conditions I spent all day working on the last phase of the Decking Project. I was soaked, hope for an improvement tomorrow so I can fix the Deck' Boards.
                The first fruit of the season has appeared, a Fig. Hope for more next year! To be fair I didn't expect fruit this year as only planted in November.
                 Watched an astonishing fight between three Goldfinches this afternoon in heavy rain. The fight started on the Sunflower Feeder and spread to the last remaining branch left of the Judas Tree. Two eventually flew away leaving one stunned Finch that took a few minutes to adjust itself!
