Day spent laying a Slate Path leading from the Side Gate to the new Decking area and a Brick Path from the Useful Room Decking to the Water Butts at side of the House. If dry tomorrow it will be the Electrics to complete.
Been a good day for watching the young Birds being fed. Starlings and Woodpeckers mostly. No sign of the Jay today after yesterdays washout. He particularly looked like a drowned rat!
Picture 1 - Untidy landing, flapped wings regularly while on the feeder so think perhaps this was one of the young.
Picture 2 & 3 - Woodpecker feeding with young Starling. Unusual this as Woodpeckers tend to see off other Birds as like to be on there own.
