Saturday 14th July 2012

A pretty good day until the evening when we experienced yet again more heavy rain.
Managed to get the lawns cut during the morning. Rest of the day spent sweeping and tidying the Decking Project. Can now announce the Project is now finished! Photographs tomorrow.
Had great fun watching a Family of Crows finishing up fatty bits dropped from the Fat Balls hanging on the Silver Birch Tree.
On the day the Butterfly Count commenced I was lucky to see a Red Admiral on the Alphine Border.
Picture 1 - A Red Admiral on the Alphine Border.
" 2 & 3 - A Dove, Blackbird and Jay enjoying fatty bits dropped from the Fat Ball Feeder.
" 4 & 5 - Three Crows also feeding from the dropped fatty bits with four Crows in the Silver Birch Tree waiting for more fatty bits to drop!
