Shower of snow overnight but all cleared by mid-day. Very cold day with a good amount of sun. A good winters day.
As you can imagine I was out with the camera in the back garden, managed a few wintery shots. Would have preferred more snow so the trees were covered.
               Cleared a space today to accommodate a ton of block salt (years supply) for the water softener. This has been one of the best improvements/investment we have made here.
                Good to see a pair of Chaffinches again, hopefully there will be more about as have noticed a marked decline in these and Greenfinches in recent months.
