Monday 17th February 2014

A reasonable day, a mix of sun, wind and showers and very mild.
Rainfall recorded as at 8.30pm 4mm.
Average outdoor temp' 9c.
Average wind speed 3mph.
What on earth happened, well overslept. Woke at 9.40am. Rest of morning spent in town sorting out a case for my new ZTE phone.
Afternoon with Chris who is still in hospital. Leg still looks terrible as now with no joint the leg is unsupported. Will be on crutches now until safe to carry out a hip replacement early summer. Infection level dropped from 250 last Monday to 50 when checked this morning. Will be a day or two yet before Chris is home.
Good day in the garden. A pair of Great Spotted Woodies were having fun on the Robina Tree. Great to watch but sadly no good photographs.
Also a Rat paid us a visit today, sunbathing on a handrail outside the conservatory door. Saw him again out the front during the afternoon so best place some poison in the garage.
