Thursday 19th December 2013.
After yesterdays appalling weather it was good to wake up to a dry, mild and sunny day.
Spent two hours at Lavers this morning, two years today I retired. Good to see everyone and catch up with gossip and latest joinery news. Heartening to understand Joinery is still a large part of the business at the Reading Branch.
Rest of the day spent in town for the last minute purchases. Mostly magazines to take away with us. Something to read if the weather is wet and curtails any walking.
Picture 1 - Christmas Cactus, for once out for Christmas!
" 2 - An unusual affect, photograph of the inside of a cracker end.
