Wednesday 4th March 2015

After an overnight frost the day again was pretty mild and very sunny.
This afternoon I finished the dead heading of the hydrangea shrubs. Loads of new buds so hopefully another good show this year.
Wildlife highlight today was the Red Kite once again landing on the leilandi tree until bombarded by a crow. Was sitting indoors so not the best position for taking a decent photograph.
Also good to see the first bumble of the season. Looks like a white tailed bumblebee?
Pictures 1 - 3 - Red Kite.
