Made our way to Swansea and the Mumbles on Swansea Bay. Stayed for just a matter of minutes before making our way out to the Gower Peninsula with such beautiful views and stunning scenery. Well that's what they tell us! The area was shrouded in mist/rain, thunder, lightening and gale force winds. We are pretty lucky with holiday weather but not on this trip.
Arrived back at the hotel in time to change for the New Year Gala.
What an evening, fantastic food, company, a brilliant singer and guitarist, double dragon local ale - what a way to celebrate the start of 2016.
