A superb day, warm and sunny all day.
Morning spent in the garden, worked on the second trellis project. Replacing existing rotten trellis.
Good day for butterflies, brimstone and a comma. Managed a photograph of the comma, facing the sun behind a blind so looks like a shadow photograph. Flew into the conservatory.
Fixed up a basket full of nesting material I have been collecting. Not seen any nesting activity at the moment however.
Attended a Whitley Travels meeting this afternoon. Marwell Zoo now confirmed as the first trip this year, 20th April. Just need to fill a coach now. With no money for advertising this could be difficult. Will not be without trying though.
