A pretty good day, mild, little sun becoming breezy this afternoon.
Day in the garden working on the alpine fence project. All of the rotten fence now down, posts realigned and arris rails fixed. Can start fixing the feather edge fencing on Friday weather permitting.
Darren - this fence was from the packing cases in our Motorglass days, done well eh?
Spent some time in the hide tonight to see a great tit roosting in one of the nest boxes. Will they nest I wonder?
Ratty still on the loose, not seen and the cage is empty. Will leave out for a few more days.
Blackbird now nesting but sadly two doors down, due to the ivy hedge being removed I guess?
