Very warm and muggy but again missed the storms forecast.
Unsettling day as had to hang about for the KnowHow delivery of new fridge/freezer. Eventually arrived at 3pm, so wanted to visit the Waterfest today, always another year I guess.
One good thing about today was the arrival of the Swifts in this mornings sun. Sadly only appeared for a couple of hours before disappearing. Not very impressed this year, was hoping for more activity around the nest box. At least they are about and do fly very close to the box.
Have now turned off the two camera monitoring systems as clearly something is wrong, pretty sure it is the cables but need assurance before I take my next step.
For a while will just rely on the trail cameras for any activity.
