Reasonable day with fair amount of sun.
Was introduced to the oldest pub in the country today. Written history going back before 1009. The Royal Standard of England based in Forty Green is just amazing. Will be returning again once I am feeling better so I can appreciate the pub and its surroundings in a better frame of mind.
Have to thank Jacky and Justin for the introduction, was good to meet up with Carol and Mac over a good lunch and a pint of Chiltern Ale.
