Wednesday 6th April 2016

Another cracking day although somewhat breezy today on the coast.
Enjoyed a morning with the chaps at Handykam. Good to learn and see first hand latest wildlife camera equipment and a rare glance at seeing equipment being developed for Puffin research. Very interesting.
Was forced into purchasing another piece of camera equipment, can't wait to try out. Watch this space.
Stopped for lunch at Godrevy before the long coastal walk to where it is known seals in large numbers can be seen.
We were not disappointed and was certainly well worth the walk. Sixty five seals were counted on the beach but there were certainly more as you could see them in the sea. Another amazing experience.
Moved on to Cornwall Gold, a tin processing plant which again was like going back in time with nothing modernised, still as it was when it closed in the sixties. Jewellery is now produced from the local tin. I need now to visit a tin mine.
Finished the day with another visit to the Cornish Arms. Another brilliant day out in Cornwall.
