Another scorcher of a day.
Enjoyed a guided dragonfly and butterfly walk at Fobney nature reserve this morning. Very well attended and some good results.
Was not able to stay for the complete walk as only managing small steps at the moment!
This afternoon relaxed in the garden forever hopeful may see more pond activity. Sadly not, two days now without a sighting of dragonflies. Is that it for this year I wonder?
Swifts made an appearance tonight, very disappointed this year. Bad weather conditions in April begin' May probably had a lot to do with it.
