Saturday 14th October 2017

What a stunning day. Warm and sunny all day with temperature today reaching a high of 21c.
Day in the garden making another attempt at cutting down the willow tree.
Don't think the hospital will be happy with me, not exactly taking it easy?
Managed to cut two branches down, the longest stems now used in the willow fence I am creating. The branches will at some point be cut into logs.
Mid October but it was signs of Spring in the garden today. Butterflies on the hydrangea and dandelions in the lawn.
The hedgehog twins and two fox cubs still out each evening, the twins have stopped moving bedding material so unsure now where they will end up hibernating. Hoping the trail cameras will continue to give results.
