A very overcast dull day with rain late evening.
Today enjoyed a most rewarding walk to Golden Acre and Adel Dam. Mandarine Ducks and Bank Voles were a delight to see. Five Bank Voles were spotted running around the area of the bird feeders and the lake. I was well chuffed, it is the first time I have seen Bank Voles.
Tonight enjoyed a good, well presented meal at the Caring For Life restaurant at Crag HousecFarm. This is an establishment that looks after disadvantaged youngsters finding them work and social support.
Hopefully the rain tonight will ease to give us a good day tomorrow being the last day of our holiday.
