Another scorcher, brilliant. Bet it changes as I arrive at Rutland on Thursday.
Day spent on the cables. Today made a start in encapsulating in hosepipe. Found some old yellow hosepipe which I used where it isn't going to show. Need the green now before I finish the rest.
Good to see a hoverfly drinking from the pond but the puzzle of the day is where are the grasshoppers coming from I keep finding in the observatory? Five now, last night spotted one behind a picture.
Switched hide monitor this afternoon and all eight are now in operation. Sixteen cameras now in operation.
