Friday 14th March 2014

Another day lacking sun, pretty warm inland but mighty windy on the coast.
Morning spent with Handykam to collect my split screen monitor, however we talked as though there was no tomorrow. Very interesting conversation with James who is all things RAF Air Historian. Really interesting stories were told of war incidents in the area.
Mike convinced me to part with more money and purchase a Swift nest box, how could I refuse?
Afternoon was a little wild down at Godrevy. This is an amazing landscaped area, so wild. Famous for the large number of Seals that live here, sadly I missed this particular area but enjoyed all the same.
Holiday came to an end enjoying a fabulous meal at Rick Stein's Fish Restaurant washed down with a couple of pints of Chalkies Bark. Have loved the week in Cornwall, thanks Brian for the offer of the bungalow.
Pictures 1 & 2 - Godrevy Beach.
"            3 - An Adder on Godrevy Beach Tuesday afternoon as reported in the local paper.
"            4 - Lobster meal at Rick Stein.
