Tuesday 11th March 2014

Enjoyed another warm and sunny day. In fact too warm for visiting the Eden Project. The Biomes were just so hot. Trees, shrubs etc have grown considerably since my last visit twelve years ago. The Mediterranean Biome has been spoilt in my mind by building a huge restaurant within the Biome.
Not sure how many thousands of daffodils were planted only I think they were all out in flower, beautiful.
After spending a few bob in the plant nursery (some Ferns for the stumpery) we departed rather tired and hot.
Called into the Farmers Arms on the way home for an evening meal, interesting to chat with the local farmer and locals of this village, St. Merryn .
