Good to see my first frog of the season, hopefully spawn soon now.
Not sure what Tufty is up to, sat on top of the box in this afternoons sun but made no attempt to enter the box which he has filled with twigs. With the monitor working now I can keep a closer eye on events.
Starlings very busy with nest building, would suggest almost complete now.
Much time spent today on sorting out CH 2 on the camera system which failed to operate. Not good on ladders these days so this was a tricky one to sort. Can you believe it was another cable that had been chewed. Thankfully had a spair.
Also spent some time on the burnt tray, new base glued on, tomorrow the final touches.
