A wonderful warm, sunny day. Ideal driving conditions for the long treck to Cornwall.
Staying at Brian's bungalow in Padstow for five days.
Left home at 9.30 am arriving in Padstow at 2pm. This meant we could spend the afternoon wandering the narrow streets of Padstow and enjoying the view of the Harbour with fishermen making sure their boats ready for the evening departure at high tide. Plenty of wildlife about which of course made my day.
Enjoyed an evening meal at the Cornish Arms, a country pub owned by Rick Stein.
